- Project charter preparation and alignment with business partner and key R&D stake holder. Define products and success criteria with franchise and global strategic insight department.
- Managing a team of marketers and researchers located in Dubai, South Africa and Russia.
- Handling business-to-business marketing activities and client support on product development. Consumer understanding through different research tools and methodologies.
- Creating market/product opportunities and identifying need gaps through research; interviewing more than 1, 500 consumers around many countries in the region per year. Using research findings and marketing tools in developing new concepts and product prototyping.
- Consulting and servicing multi-million $ companies on how to maximize the use of retail audit in achieving their marketing and sales goals. One year assignment in Saudi Arabia handling few of the leading local and multinational companies.
- Working closely with clients to identify their market position, strength and weaknesses. Clearly pinpoint the future opportunities in the market and coming threats.
- Leading research and analysis. Utilizing different data points such as; internal data (sales and marketing performance, promotional data) with external data captured through retail audit and different kinds of research (Qualitative and quantitative) to guide business plans.
- Close monitoring and interaction with sales team on the improvement of distribution by region and channel.
- Development of three new products through deep consumer insights which lead to significant business growth and increased market share which lead to promoting me to be handling other companies under NFPC group (Oasis and Milco).
