I was responsible for the generation of the leads; follow up with the clients, arranging meetings, site visits of the clients and closer of the deals. I also worked as a right hand for my manager to assist him in the conversion of a lead into the closer of the deals. I was also responsible to direct my business development executives towards the common goal of the company. I had to manage overall paper work as well as reports of the ongoing clients.
