Responsibilities:
Lead the activities related to mechanical engineering in project development.
Ensure smooth construction, erection, commissioning and testing of equipment.
Represent client on site and monitor the progress and quality of work.
Inspection & testing of all mechanical activities going on site.
Monitoring of construction schedule from contractor.
Submission of weekly and monthly reports on progress of project.
Representing client in weekly and monthly meetings.
Supervision in manufacturing of wind towers
Welding inspection of wind towers
Welding inspection of support structure for RMU/GSUs for Wind Turbines
Paint inspection of wind towers
Wind turbine testing and commissioning
Feasibility study of Wind Power Projects
Wind resource assessment using Windpro
Feasibility study of solar power projects
Sun resource assessment for solar power projects using Pvsyst, Pvsol
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Desalination Plant, HVAC equipment) installed at Power Plant
Scheduling of preventive maintenance plans
Operation and maintenance of 84 MIGD desalination plant
Maintenance activities and report submission
Annual shut down execution
Planning for job execution and resource management as per activities
Application of MAXIMO (ERP Software) for work permits, resource
Designing and Manufacturing of Fuel Efficient Cars for Shell International
