Project Scope : The Project scope Marine works including dredging, excavation and backfilling. Installation of amour stone, rock blanket, quarry run etc. Design & construction, erection of velocity cap. Construction of temporary cofferdam by sheet piles.

•Given active participation for clients HSE functional / SMS audits by representing the organization.
•Implementing & Monitoring of Project specific HSE Plans, legal requirements, HSE procedures of different construction activities & HSE Training Modules in line with Company and Client Safety Standards
•The coordination and control of the safety program and implementation of the HSE plan and any relevant legislation pertaining to the contract including any other aspects involving safety, Health and Environment.

•Formulated & actions initiated to sustain HSE policy, HSE objectives, Legal & other registers, Organization chart, individual safety responsibilities, training plan & matrix, evacuation plan, callout protocol, HSE procedures & SOP's, safety KPI, Management review meetings, etc.
