Operating & Capital Expenditure Budgeting, Outlooks, Run Rate Analysis, etc.
Cost Driver Analysis of Key Areas: Bandwidth (Internet/Link Costs), Rentals, Depreciation, etc.
Profitability Analysis across Business Divisions (Application Services, BPO & IT Outsourcing).
Management Information System (MIS) Reporting of Financial Performance, Budgets & Forecasts, both internally and also to Middle East Head Office in U.A.E.
Assisting on market segment identification and team coordination for new product launches such as Air Miles.
Credit Evaluation of Customers (Debt-Burden Ratios). Managing of credit card attrition, guarantees.
