• Fingerprint Device Configure and monitor from console side
• Main Admin for Documentation system on H.O. (OpenText DMS)
• Give Training for New Pharmacist on software and support
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Following Up with renewing Contract for our Equipment and Software. (Maintenace Contract)

• Providing complete technical support including installation, repairing upgrading PC’s.
• Trouble shooting all versions of windows, Microsoft Office including converter.
• Installation and configuration all OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 WS 2008R2 & WS2012 R2)
• Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.

• Experience with Pharmacy Program (Retail Pharmacy) and with Cash Printer (Epson). Knowledge with OPOS Printer.
•System Administration and Networking including tasks such as using switches, hubs, Network devices, IGuard, Cameras, Firewall, connecting computer hardware, Wi-Fi device, Domain Server and Exchange Server.
•Providing complete technical support including Installation, repairing, upgrading and maintaining of PC’s, Pentium II, III and IV. Setup laptops for remote users. Configuration of Network Interface Cards. Etc
•Trouble shooting all versions of windows, Microsoft Office package and basically all windows and DOS applications. Installation and configuration of operating system varies application software
