- Develop a global fundraising and communications strategy.

- Manage and coordinate the foundation’s fundraising and networking events.
- Assess needs and capacities of the affiliated organizations, plan and organize all interactive sessions and workshops required to support their capacity.
- Coordinate with the board of directors to develop strategies for achieving LoYAC mission; to encourage active citizenship in Jordan’s youth by providing them with opportunities to improve their personal skills and careers and by developing a culture of volunteerism.
- Develop, plan and implement policies, objectives and activities to ensure long-term financial viability of LoYAC.
- Develop yearly implementation plan required to implement LoYAC planned goals.
- Monitor the execution of the action plan and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the planned deliverables and outcome.
- Identify and bring new partnership opportunities to further expand the programs and generate additional funds.
- Delegate, review, and approve LoYAC overall budget.
- Approve contracts and agreements with governmental and non governmental agencies and other organizational entities.
- Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans and activities, appoint department managers and assign or delegate responsibilities for them, in addition to conduct regular performance evaluation.
- Oversee design, delivery and the quality of LoYAC programs.
- Ensure that LoYAC and its mission and programs are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to stakeholders.
- Manage the Business Development Unit, which handles partnerships, fundraising, organization Quality Management System, M&E and entrepreneurship programs
- Develop the institutional strategies and annual action plan
- Develop and implement growth and sustainability plan
- Manage the Quality Management System, which includes the Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment, and ensure its effective implementation
- Lead the application of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System
- Develop and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) System
- Retain existing board of Trustees members and recruit active new board members (which consist of 60 CEOs of the biggest corporations in Jordan)
- Prepare and follow-up on funding proposals
- Maintain positive relationships with, and expand the network of INJAZ donors and partners (USAID, MoPIC, international organizations and private sector companies)
- Manage major events and activities to engage new partners and strengthen the relationship with current partners
- Design and implement Business Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation programs
- Public Relations: Establishing strong ties with several non-profit & non-governmental organizations.
- Conductor for many presentations & seminars.
- Responsible for all IT operations including the association Website & the Database system.
I handled two IBM products, DB2 and Tivoli.
My job responsibilities were:
- Define and develop software solutions opportunities.
- Provide pre-sale support for resellers and channels to win opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the product features and capabilities.
- Position the product against competition.
- Prepare proposal licensing and product management.
- Meet the software sales target.
