Being Head of Accounts and finance Department i am responsible in all financial, Secretarial and litigation matters of the company and negotiation in with the banks and DFI, Government department, Insurance companies and got following Expert e :-

b) Financial Reports of the All Projects to Head Office on Monthly and yearly basis

e) Banks dealing, Liaising with head office, Internal/External Auditors
f) Checking of Old Liabilities reported in The financial Statements
