Attending all interview panel meeting and conducting background checks on all applicant s to the agency, and preparing the interview report with the hiring recommendations of the panel to the director for approval in the chosen applicant.
Providing support needed to the non regular staff that join UNRWA like volunteers, transfers from other agencies, interns, ... etc. They need help in finding a place to live and travel arrangements, drafting contracts, preparing personnel files, arranging periodic conference calls and meetings with all other offices around the middle east, ... etc.

Full secretarial and administrative support to the company plus running the support staff (i.e. office boy & messenger/driver) and office supplies, in addition to supervising a junior secretary.
