The real work that goes into building a successful website is 90% conception, organization and design
while 10% code and content management system (though I can tell you both are equally time- and
energy-consuming). As project manager, my objective is to ensure that the overarching goal for the
site remains in focus, while managing each of the elements necessary in its development.
It was a challenge to coordinate mapping the site interconnectivity with CIB core banking system to
provide real time feeds.
Project was successfully completed within budget and 2 months ahead of project plan due to team
enthusiasm and motivation.
Payment Credit Industry (PCI-DSS):
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a widely accepted set of policies
and procedures intended to optimize the security of credit, debit and cash card transactions.
PCI-DSS project touches all banks areas that deal with credit or debit cards either from technical or
business prospective.
Project human resources were more than 200 persons grouped in Teams business, technical, and
administrative.
Project applies 10 new technologies purchased from around 6 different vendors, all cards business
operation manuals were reviewed and enhanced to cope with PCI-DSS standards.
CIB Internet Banking:
Transform a set of business requirements into a successful, well-defined software solution.
Manage plan and execute creating nine different interfaces to integrate legacy systems into one single
portal.
Manage customizing new internet banking applying CIB branding on internet banking while keeping
the functionality.
Corporate Internet Banking:
Awarded thank you letter for my achievement to successfully completed the project with time and
budget while applying new technology and sophisticated business requirements.
Developed Silverlight application to automate the classroom reservations.
