-Preparing pediatrics TPNs, starting from orders verification and correction until compounding aseptically and final checking
- Verifying all medications orders from physicians, and actively participating in corrections/discussions/clarifications with the prescriber
-Providing drug information and communication of regulations/policies of medications with healthcare professionals (drug interactions/incompatibilities/dosages/....)
-Participating in the doctor's rounds on the pediatrics' floors and actively involved in the medical treatment plans of inpatients
-Inspecting the EC cupboard on the nursing units and verifying quantities of all medications on the unit
-Participating in educating/lecturing the pharmacy/nursing staff about the clinical and therapeutic use of drugs
- Promoting healthcare products for healthcare professionals in community, hospital and related healthcare institutions
- Implementing strategies in health promotion and disease awareness like Diabetes and Osteoporosis, among community groups and healthcare professionals
- Planning and Organizing regional and local seminars and symposia in the field of Hypertension, Diabetes, and Osteoporosis
- Applying ethical principles in health and company's products promotion
-Team leader for the sales Dubai team: responsible for training and coaching the Dubai sales team
