· Responsible for selling exchange programs abroad, such as language courses,
graduations, certificates and diplomas, work programs and also touristic trips,
including airline tickets, travel insurances, visas, etc;
· Responsible for the marketing and commercial area of the franchise, including
the hunting and management of partner companies, negotiations with them,
participation in events, fairs and follow up;
· 100% consultative sales, understanding the client´s needs, motivations and
profile and linking that with the right destination and school.
Responsible for hunting new partnerships with international education agencies in Brazil and Portugal;
Trainings, presentations and explanations of Dubai and the school;
Selling English courses B2B and B2C;
Customer support.
· Responsible for managing and training a team of 6 employees;
· Searching and interviewing new employees;
· Improvement of agency’s procedures, considering the employee’s day by
day and also the way of serving the clients;
· Monthly sales and products trainings;
· Responsible for selling exchange programs abroad, such as language courses,
graduations, certificates and diplomas, work programs and also touristic trips,
including airline tickets, travel insurances, visas, etc;
· Responsible for the marketing and commercial area of the franchise, including
the hunting and management of partner companies, negotiations, prospections of
clients, digital media, participation in events, fairs and follow up;
· 25% growth of the franchise during my period over there.
Responsible for recruiting professionals for positions in Sales B2B, B2C, Marketing and Retail segments;
. Contact and prospection of potential clients.
· Staff training;
· Responsible for all the waiting team when the manager was not around;
· Taking orders, registering them in the system and serving;
· Also responsible for the cashier and deliveries.
