I am EMEA CRM Consultant manage the complete lifecycle of medium to large projects of varying complexity, providing the following:
• Broad and deep technology knowledge.
• Mapping a customer’s business problem to an end-to-end technology solution.
• Engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility and business value.
• Help to foster trusted-advisor relationships while assisting customers realize maximum value from their investment in Microsoft technologies.
• Managing multi-phase and multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Working as a Partner Technology Specialist providing Technical, business, and competitive sales assistance support to Microsoft partners to help them in how to position and implement Microsoft products and improve our Market Share
Developing Mobile software applications and Windows application assist the presales team and the customers to define the projects requirement and customize the provided solution to meet their requirements. I was also working with project managers in analyzing systems, preparing the requirement documents for the customers and map business process of the customers to the solutions provided.
Working as a software testing engineer for the hospital software systems and I also assisted in supporting software after deployment and helping the sales team in preparing demos for the customers.
I have started MBA in spring 2010 and planning to finish by 2013
