Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of the department during the absence of DOHR (2 months)
- In charge of recruitment and selection process for Managers and Line employees
- Conduct interview and do reference check
- Prepare the contract for the new employees
- Apply / renew / cancel Work pass for all foreign employee
- Arrange orientation for the new hires
- Process monthly manning report, recruitment report, annual leave report and medical leave report
- Process the hospitalization / insurance claims
- Set up and input the data into the payroll system
- Maintain the data base and staff register up to date
- Arrange and file all the employee data (Employee personal file)
- Attend to the daily operations meeting in absence of Director of HR
- Process and check data for time clock system to keep track on daily attendance for the employees
- Responsible for monthly activities (i.e.: Birthday party, GM Lunch etc.) for the employees
- Arrange monthly Birthday party for the Staff members
- Prepare expense claim for the department
- Arrange monthly get together party for the employees with GM
