Scope of Work:
Development and construction of Defense housing scheme, reclamation, ground improvement, and coastal developments projects and management of hospital design with consultants.
Cost of the project = RS 6.4 Billion.
Responsibilities:
• Management of development and construction projects of the Defense Housing, including
development schemes, civil engineering works, reclamation and ground improvements, coastal developments, buildings and infrastructure works.
• Follow up designs with consultants and engage contractors to execute project.
• Review project proposal to determine time, budget limitations, allocation of resources and approve plans for accomplishment of the projects.
• Review variations and manage change control process.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel and consultants in formulating project execution plans and ensure achievements of goals at all levels.
• Review marine construction schedules and monitor progress of ongoing projects.
Scope of Work:
Development and construction of 82 stories high rise, Dubai Tower including infrastructure, hotel, furnished apartment, residential apartments, podium and three parking floors besides with 23 stories Office Tower.
Cost of the project = $1.6 billion US
Responsibilities:
• Manage all the phases of development and construction of high rise till completion.
• Manage consultants and contractors engagement to execute projects as contracted.
• Identify and evaluate options and mitigate risks in the best interest of the client.
• Implement work plans as well as monitor quality of output and achieve long-term goals
and objectives of the company.
• Manage change control and process change notifications.
• Evaluate opportunities for value engineering process.

• Budget control and review financial viabilities.
• Review plans and method statements of marine works for execution.
• Review feasibility studies and allied investigations for future projects.
• Approve quality management plan and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Perform periodic site inspections and monitor site inspections by project team members and review resulting reports.
• Review material testing reports covering grading, petrography, sulphate and chloride contents and organic impurities and cement analysis to BS or ASTM standards.

Bachelor of Science from University of Peshawar Pakistan, Graduated from Pakistan Military Academy Kakul in Oct 1980. Graded High Average in the course.
