-Owner and issuer of the sales and services documents
-Closely monitor the daily sales and issuing internal sales reports
-Handling/Implementing projects that involves quality surveys, marketing campaigns
-Approve official communication documentation that would commercially affect the sales
-Build and enhance the relationship with the customers through follow-up
-Receive customers inquiries concerning complaints, quotations, visits, invoices and maintenance.
-Managing complaints cycle
-Handling customers' various requests by liaising with the correct/relevant entities internally.
-Manage the rotation retrieval and the Right to use calculation for the company's equipments
-Enhance customer communication through site visits
