Remote Technical support over the phone for troubleshooting problems on board.
Handling after sales technical support and warranty issues.
Prepare engineering drawings, layout diagrams and documentation related to projects.
Lead the team in completing the work with the stipulated time.
Configuring of Routers and Switches.
Generating new business leads on daily basis during service attendance.
Decreasing warranty costs by solving problems through remote support.
4 progressive years with theoritical and practical exposure in electronic subjects where physics was my keen interest. Regular attendance for technical events organized by companies in the campus such as BOSCH and INFOSYS. Developed a module of voice controlled robot using MATLAB as part of final year project.
