Main Business: FMCG / Food & Beverages http://jfoodstore.com/ https://www.wakame-ksa.com/ Acting as a key point of contact for financial queries. Play a key role in strengthening and standardizing financial reporting and internal control processes in terms of effective financial policies and procedures, proper execution, and implementation of the key strategic internal control processes to support business growth. Working closely with Commercial Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Operations to ensure the cross-functional team is collaborating effectively will help enable the delivery of financial results while ensuring all procedures are in line with Global Financial Policies. Partner with the Supply Chain team to provide all aspects of analysis and actionable insights across the end-to-end supply chain to help the overall organization achieve gross margin and EBITDA goals. Accountabilities Process
▪Ownership of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and business planning process.
▪Financial statements including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet as per the IFRS standard.
▪Cash Flow Statement (Monthly, Quarterly)
▪Prepare and review accurate and consistent information for all shareholder/partner reviews.
▪Supervise the yearly closing process of the financial statements. Financial Planning and Reports
▪Ensuring compliance with VAT data collection, review, consolidation, preparation, and payment of quarterly VAT liability. Tax Management
▪Maintain a good relationship with the banks.
▪Negotiate terms for banking facilities.
▪Oversee Bank accounts. Treasury
▪Oversee activities and processes to ensure the financial effectiveness of expenditure decisions.
▪Help develop/update procedures to support company policies and strengthen internal controls.
▪Providing solutions and resolutions to processes and issues related to all divisions.
▪Controlled and optimized the end-to-end supply chain system, overseeing procurement, sourcing, inventory management. Internal Control System
▪Provide coaching and development opportunities to Accounting, warehouse, and supply chain teams to promote continuous development. Coaching and Development
▪Lead and coordinate the internal auditing of accounts and the relationship with external auditors to ensure required professional standards are maintained and statutory requirements are met.
▪Obtaining the zakat certificate. External Auditing
▪Develop high-quality business plans and strategies that clearly identify opportunities and issues.
▪Provide financial and business advice to senior managers and directors to support decision-making and development of the business.
▪Prepare comprehensive Feasibility studies to empower the management to take the proper decision. Growth, and Expansion
