•Prepare estimates of probable cost of materials, labour and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications.
•Estimation for all Mechanical services (HVAC, PLUMBING and FIRE FIGHTING System)

•Review and Estimate the mechanical cost of the project as per specifications.

•Generate Bill of Quantity from Scratch.
•Creating data base for all supplier related to MEP services.
•Sending enquiries to supplier.
•Preparing technical submittal
•Reviewing all the material submittals before issuing to the engineer, and follow up till we get the approval.
•Assist the procurement for ordering the materials to match the projects specification.

Maintain, improve and develop the effective maintenance system for the plant and initiate maintenance programs to reduce the breakdowns.
Responsible for maintenance of:
•Four (4) units 2.625 cu.m./s vertical axial flow drainage pump driven by 180 hp. Diesel engine.
•Three (3) units 7225 gpm drainage pump driven by 60 hp. electric motor.
•Two (2) units 75 kva, 95hp Generator set.
•One (1) unit 250 kva (perkins) Generator set.
Job Descriptions:
•Provides maintenance expertise within the project team to advise on different design and fabrication alternatives which affect the reliability and maintainability of the plant.
•Responsible for Maintenance of:
•2 units, 300 Hp Steam Generator (Boiler)
•2 units, 1000 KVA Generator Set
•2 units, 45 Hp Air Compressor
•1 unit, 20 Hp Air Compressor
•1 unit, Air Ref, System, 4 KW
•Preparation of Daily Operation Reports
•Preparation of Weekly Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
