Plans, manages and performs internal audits and supplier audits. Ensures effectiveness and frequency of internal audits are met as per international management standards
Oversees and final review of Quarterly Data analysis and monitoring process trends and the need for implementation of preventive actions.
Obtained and implemented BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004
Implemented ASME-U, PP & NB-R certification, TS29001:2010
ISO 9001:2015 and API-Q1-9th ed / Monogram program certifications like API 5CT, API 6A, API 16A, API 16C and API 7-1
Responsible person for risk assessment and contingency planning
Raw material, In-process and final inspection of fabricated components - Silos,
vessels, tanks, process manufacturing skids and other structural items.
Inspection of Machined API components - Flanges, Manifolds, Crossovers, Drill
Pipes, Spools, Mud Cross, Suitcases, Chicksens, Stabilizers etc.
Pressure testing and certification of API components, Silos, Pressure Vessels and
Tanks etc.
Preparation of Inspection test plans (ITP).
Organize and conduct internal audits (as per ISO 9001:2015, API-Q1-9th ed. and product specific audits)
Coordinate with customer audits and other Third party / Authorized inspection agencies.
Responsible person for the implementation the organization’s Safety Management System BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and reviewed/approved all safety procedures.
Conducted risk assessments and accident investigation to present at the organization’s OH&S Management Review meeting
Coordinate with Safety Officer to ensure the integrity of organization’s Occupational Health and Safety Management systems.
Was part of a team that had operations in and around the New Mangalore Port. Servicing and replacing life rafts and maintaining safety on ships was a major part of my training, in which i excelled, gained immense on-field experience and learnt how to tackle run-time problems.
