Supervised heavy steel erection, installation, Site preparation, Daily activities scheduling and manpower allocations, tools and equipment usage and control, Supervised a team of erectors and welders. Assess and supervised lifting process as per Method Statement and safety requirements. Prepare request for inspection for erected columns and trusses. Monitor daily and weekly installed weights. Follow up fabrication status and facilitate materials inspection and delivery. Submit daily activities and progress report.
