Soft ware Renewal officer
Renewal of Product & Service Contracts of the client.
Sending renewal proposals, follow-ups by email and telephonic co-ordinations with internal teams and external parties (suppliers, vendors, clients).
Interaction with vendors/ distributors for pricings apart from other renewals related activities.
Preparation of Renewal Quotations and sending to the clients.
Maintaing the Purchase orders received from clients and preparing invoices .
Issue billing adjustments, track, process and complete third-party invoice
Mail and validate refund checks for customers
Create monthly commission reports
Maintain logs for all transactions that occur in a day
Contact customers in relation to their payment inquiries
Process delinquent invoices
Follow up on any bounce cheques
Enter data into the company software and
Reconcile customer account
Follow up on Balance confirmation
Verification of accounts as per Indian Accounting standard
