*Developing and managing the assigned mission critical projects from the concept till the completion and handing over of the project with the help of technical team assigned. The current projects are spread in Bahrain and overseas.
*Member of Technical Evaluation Board (TEB) for evaluating each bid and selecting the right contractor for each project.
*Performance assessment of contractor after completion of the awarded project.
*Co-ordination with client and planning ahead for the projects in the pipeline.

* Develop new fields of activities. One such was field was introduced Interior fitout division and undertook several interior fitout projects.
* Worked as Project Manager (Client's representative) and overall supervision to make sure that the projects are carried out as per requirements and standards.
* Overall control on quality and safety.
*Pre-qualification of new contractors.
This company was active in specialist jobs such as Marking works ( such as Road markings, Airport runway markings, Formula I race track markings etc) using both thermoplastic and chlorinated rubber paints, Construction of Sports facilities (such as Tennis courts, Squash courts, Basketball courts, Volleyball courts, Football courts etc), Sports flooring (such as PU flooring, PVC flooring, wooden flooring etc), Crash barriers (such as Tensioned corrugated, Untensioned, Open box beam etc), Fencing works (such as Chainlink, Palisade, Apex fencing etc), Kee Klamp fittings...
Managing the Civil division. My responsibilities included,
*Marketing the business activities.
*Getting new projects through regular followup and most importantly through personnel relationships.
*Was able to win many prestiguous specialist projects and got it executed on time with high profit rates.
*Execution of projects by assisting the crew in technical aspects.
*Ordering and tracking all overseas consignments.
*Managing the crew allotted for the department in various projects through project supervisors.
* Developed and introduced new field of activities.
Over all supervision of assigned projects.
*Arranging the required materials and assigning the appropriate labour for the projects.
*Making sure the projects are completed on time, within budjet and overall clients satisfaction.
Worked as site engineer for various multi storied buildings.
