• Manage and maintain the relationship with Mobily existing clients for national and international customers.
• Serve Mobily Wholesale products, such as Leased Line Connectivity, MPLS, DIA, LMC and Colocation through fiber or Microwave to assigned customers.
• Develop accounts plan based on sales target.
• Negotiate agreements and develop existing contracts in cooperation with Legal & Contract department.
• Establish new relationship with regional, international operators and carriers.
• Offering the pre-sales solutions and proposals to the customer. • Following the defined SLA with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery.
• Provide after sale service to the customers by answering any inquiry or solving any complain.
• Working on national network, called SNFN, project with Mobily.
• Managing network projects & operations to ensuring the high network availability, by supervising the Manage services contractor and staff to achieve the agreed SLA.
• Supervising the node insertions and expansions in SNFN.
• Managing Atheeb company transmission projects and operations.
• Managing and supervising the transport network projects.
• Making sure that the contractors and subcontractors apply the quality assurance concepts.
• Working for STC technical projects.
• Supervising all new installation by the vendor for new Equipment.
• Handling issue in Remedy system to solve the customer’s problems on site.
• Working for STC technical projects.
• Performing site survey and collect equipment’s installation information.
• Managing and reviewing survey reports that received from the subcontractors.
