Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital, commissioned by MPOW (Ministry Of Public Works ), is a specialized Psychiatric Hospital with advanced treatment.
The project developed by HDP ( Overseas ), comprises 54, 000 m2 on two floors .
The whole facility provides accommodation for 274 beds with Treatment, outpatient, emergency, and consultation facilities, The project consists of 8 blocks for the Main Building, Half way patient, Central plant, Substation, Maintenance workshop, STP . The provision also includes dining and conference facilities, laboratories, imaging with soft and hard landscaping with total Project area of 108, 633 m2.
The project is established from outset on sustainable principles with aim to achieve Healthcare ‘Silver’ accreditation .The sustainable approach is manifest primarily in the engineering systems.
Job Profile :
Includes but not limited to :
• Site management and supervision duties.
• Managing the necessary coordination between the issued For Construction Drawing (IFC), Medical Equipment and F.F & E (loose and fixed furniture).
• Reviewing and monitoring project schedule and procurement.
• Assessment of the Contractor’s Monthly payment application.
• Technical assessment of the Contractor’s Variation.
• Monitoring Shop Drawing activities, amendments on project.
• Managing all the meetings, correspondence, submittals with the main Contractor and the Client.
• Communicate with the Client for issuing the necessary site instruction for the project. Monthly reporting for the client indicating the progress on site, discuss & solve any problematic issues on site.
• Managing with Home support from Head office regarding any design / Operators changes.
• Managing a staff of 10 persons (Engineers and Inspectors) which are reviewing Program, all material submittals, shop drawing submittals, Technical submittals, RFI’s and site inspection for all activities on site.
• Following up HDP’s monthly payment with the Client.

Title : Sr. Project Manager
The Arzanah Medical Complex, Commissioned by Mubadala Healthcare, is a Specialist Sports Medicine Hospital and Clinic situated within Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.
The project developed by HDP (Overseas) together with HDR International of San Francisco, comprises 35, 600 m2 on six levels - four floors above ground plus a plant room level in two buildings, Hospital and Clinic. Two basement levels - with further 17, 700 m2 of underground parking.
The whole facility provides accommodation for three distinct operators, for spinal, knee and sports Medicine and clinic operator for dental, GP, Pediatrics, dermatology, endoscopy, pain management and women’s aesthetics clinics. It includes three wards with 78 beds and six operating theaters with a 3 bed surgery step- down department. The provision also includes dining and conference facilities, inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, laboratories, imaging and a rehabilitation centre.
The project is established from outset on sustainable principles with aim to achieve ‘Silver’ accreditation .The sustainable approach is manifest primarily in the engineering systems. The Project already certified ‘Gold’ accreditation, resulted on strict controls and supervision during the current contract stage.

• ‘Aspetar’ is a specialist Sports medicine Hospital and Clinic situated within the sports city (Aspire Zone) in Doha.
• Aspetar is the first specialized Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in the Gulf region. It provides the highest possible medical treatment for sports-related injuries in a state-of-the-art facility.
