I also played a key part in implementing the ‘Finance Transformation’ Strategy which involved off-shoring, IT systems implementation and redesign of overall Finance function.

•Review and validation of the month-end and year-end financials
•Interaction with business heads on business performance & new product launches
•Weekly and monthly MIS reporting for the senior management and EXCO
•Initiating, planning and implementing Critical-To-Business (CTB) projects
•Handling Audits
•Handling budgeting process including capital funding process plan for the business
•Advising and providing inputs to business on Basel III implications, IFRS and Local GAAP implications, SBL GBL exposure management, priority sector lending target and utilization, RWA utilizations and reductions, balance sheet management.
•Manage costs and deliver Group’s strategic agenda.

• Review of P&L generated by new deals, deal amendments and cancellations
