Responsible for providing support to the HMC RBMS / HPCC Operations Manager and also assists the department in the performance of a wide variety of data monitoring, analysis and preparation of performance reports and presentations. Also responsible for providing analytical and systems support to performance improvement within the Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing complex analysis in support of ad-hoc, standard, operations, and project related requests.
• Developing programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
• Uses and support database applications and analytical tools to evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output, maintains operational reports.
• Researches new data sources, data analysis contribution to operations/projects and provide input on improvements in data quality process & procedures.
• Ensures Quality standards & measurements are followed according to RBMS requirements.
• Validate the data entered / modified / deleted in the Cerner database by customer care agents on daily basis.
• Preparing the Monthly Performance Report and Data Error Analysis Report in HPCC / RBMS for all the 10 Hospitals.
• Coordinating with Hospital Liasion Officers when the Dr Appointments are added / blocked in the Cerner database and to ensure that all the appointments are correctly scheduled by Agents.
• Preparing the YTD Report for HPCC on monthly basis.
• Coordinating with Operational Managers of various departments to maintain the Project Register as well as the Risk Register and arranging for the weekly and bi weekly meetings and record the minutes of meeting in Ambulance Service.
• Preparing Call Center Agents Performance report based on the data extracted from the CISCO VOIP Contact Center based on Call Quality, Data Quality and Efficiency.
Job Profile: Responsible in preparing and processing the Purchase request Manually for Tender committee meetings and uploading all the approved PR’s through ORACLE ERP System to various stake holders for necessary approvals and PO issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
• I am a key member in the Team assisting Head of Procurement in preparing the Purchase request.
• Analyzing the requirements and data received from various departments and contemplating it to the standard templates of the Procurement department.
• Assisting in Researching, Identifying, evaluating and coordinating with various suppliers.
• Preparing comprehensive MIS Statements suitable for the decision makers with justifications.
• Coordinating and assisting to organize the weekly Tender committee meeting, this includes the participation of senior board members and Directors.
• Timely check and validate the PR / PO status in ERP systems and initiate requests and coordinate with IT department to clear any bugs if exist.
• Coordinate and follow up with bidders for timely submissions and complete with in the dead line.
• Preparation of comparison statements amongst the Bidders and present the recommendations.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of data suitable to the standards of the Organization and in compliance to the policies of Procurement department.
• Developing database that includes Procurement records, Contracts, Invoices and Vendor / Supplier details with the bifurcation of Services and Materials.
• Timely review with Team members and HOD to validate the records and Database.
Positioned in Ooredoo premises to handle the Work order management through Comptel and CRM synchronization based on Oracle Business Suite software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating Work order for CPE Installation and Migration through ERP system.
• Updating the customer database through Oracle.
• Scheduling the daily activity for 20 Field Teams.
• Area / Exchange wise job allocation with optimized and efficient time Span.
• MIS reporting to KNETCO Management and Huawei Management.
o Data upload in Isite (ERP System) and audit the work completion reports.
o Segregate the Technical issues and distribute to the right owners for further action and resolution.
o Data Analysis for the Plan vs Actuals and escalate to eradicate the scenario repeat.
• Route cause analysis for the appointment failures and follow up for the customer successful activation.
• Work order creation and change work order management through Comptel & CRM-Oracle based systems due to port issues / unique id issues (Electricity id / DEL nos.)

Project Work: EGG Monitoring Equipment: Have worked with Tata Consultancy Services on ECG monitoring equipment in ICU’s as part of my engineering main project. Conversion of Digital Codes to Analog Signals and suitable coding in customized display to manage the ICU department in multi Bed scenario. Have achieved 3rd position in the project exhibition organised by Tantrics.
