-Responsible for all the design phase (INTERIOR & EXTERIOR) which includes client meetings, preliminary sketches, 2d schematic drawings, 3ds Renders (Vray-3ds) & preparation of working drawings (Full set with Details for executing the project).
-Responsible for coordinating and supervising the design implementation on site which includes ensuring design quality, leading site meetings with different parties, managing
design changes, documentation as well as overall administration and project management procedures.
Duties:
-Involved in the planning, design and construction of buildings.
-Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports etc.
-Prepare Tender documents and Bill of Quantities
-Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches
-Prepare All the Furniture and Lighting packages
-Prepare and review all architectural documents for site work implementation
-Approving all proposed samples and Final Design Finishes
-Generally act as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of design problem-solving
Review architectural documents
-Providing clear and unambiguous direction to members of the project team.
-Writing Reports, Site Visits and small-scale Project Management.
-Preparing sub-contractor order documentation.
-Developing & sustaining working relationships with private & public sector partners.
-Carry out 3D designs or 2D designs as required.
-Visiting sites and building relationships with site managers.
-Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with order documentation.
-Advising on planning applications.

-Participated in the various stages of numerous projects including villas, residential buildings, towers, hotels and mixed use buildings.

-Presented concept proposals, Architectural drawings, and 3dmax renderings.
-Took an individual leading role in designing " The Cube ", a Luxurious 30 Floors Tower in Salmiya, Kuwait. Held multiple meeting with the clients, and presented 2d & 3d renders. All the presentations were prepared in a creative and well organized format.
-Participated in the preparation and review of the execution architectural drawings of "The Cube"
-Proposed different renovation designs for projects of existing Villa's, shopping centers and sport centers, by redesigning either the external facades or fixing the internal design.
-Participated in the schematic design and prepared the presentation of The Medlij Villa in Kuwait.
-Took an individual leading role in designing a Luxurious Villa in Faraya, Lebanon. Proposed the major phases of the design concept by presenting plans, sections and elevations.
-Developed a lot of experience in dealing with extreme typography that acted as constrains in the process of developing the design.
-Finalized plans, sections and elevation in process of starting the execution drawings.
-Developed a concept proposal for a multipurpose Resturant Complex in Salmiya, Kuwait. Provided concept drawings that include (plans, sections, elevations and 3d modeling)
-Took a leading role in designing Multipurpose Mega sports hall project in Fahaheel, Kuwait. Attended meetings with clients and presented concept drawings and design illustrations
-Developed a concept proposal for Abu- Al hassani Entertainment center, which was proven by the client. I presented 3d models, plans, elevations and sections
