• Ensure the implementation of AHS/Menzies Training and Development Policy.
• Conduct the annual training needs analysis and establish an annual training plan.
• Prepare the monthly training plans.
• Produce monitoring reports showing station compliance against the training plan on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure timely delivery of all training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records for each employee.
• Coordinate and facilitate the station trainings.
