I am a sales executive where I support the sales engineers in their responsibilities like preparing offers, contacting and visiting clients. Also, I am responsible for invoice collections and other administrative tasks.

Tasks:

 Supporting Sales Engineer in Following up with the clients for new opportunities and submitted offers.
 Following up with the clients for JCCs, gate passes, arranging meetings, …etc.
 Attending some Job Explanation meetings and proposal openings.
 Supporting the Sales Engineers in preparing offers, Cost Sheet.
 Supporting in Client’s Site visits.
 Following up for Invoice collections.
 Submitting Invoices, proposals, letters, prequalification documents by hand or email.

 Preparing PQ documents and follow up with clients for prequalification registration.
