• Managing and distributing tasks for mechanical teams and supervising over 130
skilled laborers, Site Engineers, Q/C Engineers, Q/S Engineers, and Draftsman.
Following up the snag list comments to handing over the project.
• Allocate tasks for draftsman and engineers to prepare Shop Drawings,
Coordination Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Providing Technical and engineering assistance to mechanical teams.
• Plans the work and efficiently organizes the engineering teams and site activities
in order to meet the agreed deadline and deliver the project on time with the
highest quality and within budget.
• Procurement, Preparing Technical Submittal for the entire Mechanical Materials
based on Consultant's approved vendor's list.
• Dealing with the major suppliers for the entire material procurement starting from
floating enquires till finalization of the supplier.
• Attend Technical meetings with the Consultant, Contractor, and Client's Team.
• Preparing reports and letters to follow up work at the site.
• Estimate pricing and time extension for additional works at site.
• Interface with clients and consultants on progress meetings and through
correspondence.
• Set up strategy, a timeline for implementation of mechanical elements of the

drawings, agreed-upon procedures, and method statements.
