- Perform all duties related to the pre-registration, registration, and financial clearance processes for all patients
- Provides “front-door” customer service to patients and orients patients to the registration/admission process. Patient Access communicates directly with patients and families, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and is responsible for ensuring the hospital maintains compliance with the Heath Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) & Joint Commission International (JCI) standards
- Checks and ensures financial liability is discussed and understood by the patient at point of registration
- Determines the need for financial counseling and refers the patient to a Senior Financial Counselor as necessary
- Obtains signatures for all necessary documents (compliance and regulatory such as advanced directives, release of liability statements and other documents required to protect CCAD’s interests as well as patient rights)
- Provide support in producing regular reports.
- Support in the execution of projects and to maintain professional standards.
- Aids in the development of new processes.
- Archiving, maintaining & updating records.
- Provides reinforcement in the study and proposal revision/enhancement of specialized area.
- Liaison with departments for travel allowance, business trips, staff mobilization.
- Purges files and records according to established procedures

- Directly interacted with clients and potential client to provide superior and consistent quality of travel services
- Selling airline tickets, products to corporate, government and retail sector customers
- Handle complex transactions and advise clients on the finer points of difficult itineraries, as well as provide them with efficient travel solutions and up to date information
- Taking inbound calls from already existing customers, adding in package upgrade
- Troubleshooting, assisting with any technical faults and customer support
- Renewing existing customer contracts and calling on behalf of SKY TV to attract new customers
- Handling all release calls and public enquiries dealing with clamped vehicles
- Handing out fines to illegally parked vehicles, clamping and towing those unable to pay
- Collecting payments, releasing vehicles back to owners
- Booking and allocating hotel accommodations for guests at the Heathrow airport arrival lounge
- Arranging private chauffeur services for business trips for quests
- Liaison with several hotel chains, organizing large group bookings, and securing room vacancies
- Selling tourist attractions such as London EYE, Thames boat trips, Big Bus tour, and others
- Organisation of office schedule, shift rota, and volunteer recruitment
- Working with youths with special after school activities such as music studio workshops, football and drama club
- Working with asylum seekers and new immigrants with resettlement advice, housing and benefits, schooling for their children and day to day support
- Received, handled and processed bills of lading, bank statements and all other documents in transaction
- Correspondences with banks both in the UAE and aboard,
reviewing previous letters of credit and payment schedule
- Administrative support to head of Letter of credit, copying, faxing, and reviewing.
