Manage an average of 2-3 accounts (mostly recruitment projects due to the business unit assigned)
Negotiate contract agreements with his clients on a win-win situation basis.
Manage the execution of promotions and new products launches as per execution standards.
Fully responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.
Meeting deadlines as far as short listing candidates, handling HR interviews, sending candidates to sites visits or technical interviews till meeting the agreed deadline with the hiring dates.

- Supervising on the company’s proper job analysis in order to maintain the proper evaluation process.
Training new staff & developing old ones.
Handling purchase orders & all logistic matters.
Conducting inventory inspections and supervising periodic reports.
Creating and updating the showrooms seasonal events agenda.
Ensure 100% completion of the annual evaluation for self and direct reports.
Responsible on the budgeting forecast in coordination with the financial department.
Advising clients in regards to their life conditions when it comes to our products.
Presenting our services to potential partners and corporate.
Training new staff.
Supervising the level of services done by juniors.
Recruiting and searching for new candidates.
Building product knowledge in coordination with the franchise.
- Responsible for the benefit packages for the employees in the means of medical insurance, discount cards, and etc.
Responsible of the recruitment process in the company.
Responsible setting the company’s system (payroll system, timecards, etc).
Responsible on setting and maintaining the right culture required for the job nature.
Generate required periodical reports.
Preparing and following up on the trainings in coordination with the operation department & the financial department.
Establish good working relationship with staff, peers and direct management in a professional way.
Responsible of the distribution of the recruitment ads for the company in various magazines.
Responsible of the recruitment process in the company starting filtering resumes & primary screening.
Responsible of the company’s monthly news letter.
Orient and implement consistent recruitment policies & procedures.
Ensure accurate departments’ headcount in coordination with payroll section and department heads.
Select the channel/source of recruitment (e-mails, recruitment agencies, referrals … etc.).
Ensure maintaining an updated CV database.
Conduct interviews for different vacancies.
