Coding the Inpationt healthcare diagnosis and interventions into alphanumeric codes by follwing ICD-10-AM, ACS, ACHI. Besides, coding mortility follwing the WHO classification.
I was trained in Medical Record Department in the asambly, analyzing the files. Besides, I participated in writing an approved English medical reports for, Al- Tawonia, and BUBA, and Medgulf insurance company, so I received a verbal appreciation and compliment comments on the first week of the the training cessation from my colleagues an the MRD manager. I did coded an out patients diagnosis for many cases.
Trained in King Abdullah Medical City as Identifying both principle diagnosis, and Interventions for inpatients after they discharge using ICD-10-AM, ACHI, ACS.
