Maintenance hardware & software to University equipment and printers. Troubleshooting networking issue and IP-Phone problems and Solving problems by Saned System. Installing cards and expansion cards - Hardware Issues. Preparing and equipping computers and software for the employees and computer labs.
To carry out additional tasks by undertaking technical support tasks from maintaining the Institute's hardware, installing software, managing the network and coordinating permissions and authorizations.
Training the clients on the skills of using computers in the office work, In addition to training high school graduates and qualifying them for a diploma in networking technology by training them in network management skills.
