Review and update the quality plan based on the comment from the project team and client to ensure that it reflects the actual functioning of the project.
• Maintain records for all quality related activities.
• Maintain internal quality audit program and resulting corrective actions are documented and implemented.
• Maintain records of changes for quality system documentation and for ensuring that changes are implemented.
• Ensure completeness and validity of all operating procedures, work instructions, forms and specifications.
• Ensure that the system for the control of non-conforming product is maintained.
• Review and analyze all quality system non-conformance data.
• Liaise with Saudi Aramco quality representatives as necessary.
• Ensure the requirements of the quality manual are complied with and that the operating procedures are monitored.
• Ensure that timely and effective action is taken to maintain compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000.
• Attend and take part in management review meeting.
• Act as the management representative for the company in all matters concerning ISO 9000.
