- Initial and maintain key contracts, Review proposed store layout &distribute store opening
- Schedule to the business - Mange all processes within one's own area of expertise in line company policies, procedures and market guidelines - Develop and maintain inertial and external relationships
- Maintain and mange all company system in line with company policies
- Performs maintenance, service, repairs and replacement to kitchen equipment - Review then advice on all areas for improvement
- Time line chart, Bill of Quantity, Custom Fabrication, Electromechanical works, Fire fitting system and HVAC
