•Every year I work with both the festival as a consultant managing staff over 27 directly reporting to me and exceeding over 800 volunteers. I am actively involved in preparing strategies to ensure the effective ad smooth operation of volunteers prior and throughout the festival.

•I conduct presentations and training to staff and volunteers
•Ensure all department heads have their goals met in terms of recruitment of volunteers
•I have created Volunteer program which ensures all volunteers are being professionally enriched with knowledge and experience
•Work very closely with all universities Faculty heads and schools in recruiting volunteers for the festival and maintain a high return ratio every year
•Exceeded our festival management goals for the volunteer department

a) PERSONNEL, PAYROLL & RECORDS ADMINISTRATION
• Maintain the personnel Records Database for 136 employees within Distribution Department on the prescribed system (HRMS)

b) ADMINISTRATION & OPERATION Functions
• Perform the function of "Document Control Custodian and Co-ordinator" as defined under Department QAS.
• Maintain appointment diary for department Manager.
• Co-ordinate with EHS Department for the procurement and monitoring inventory of Safety & PPE equipment related to terminal operations.
• Act as custodian of corporate HR documents and records
c) HUMAN RESOURCE Functions
• Monitor and record the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly basis; Collate various statistical data for department required for KPI reporting, like monthly/cumulative overtime statements, absences, man-hours, training hours, etc.
• Liaise with Government Relations Dept for Visa rules and regulations for new joiners
• Compile data from personnel records and prepares reports as required
• Perform recruitment function such as posting ads for vacancies; updating the company website; screening and sorting of CVs; arranging interview schedules with Line/Department Heads; send out employment contracts to selected candidates; coordinate with candidates.
• Coordinate Trainings for management staff and employees as required and in line with plan and LND dept.
• Act as a Coordinator with HR/F&A/GRO/IT for staff and employees to various issues i.e. leave, loan, claims, payroll, personal request, visas, passport releases & IDs.
