I am a Master of Business Administration and Science graduate from Sikkim Manipal University, India with more than 15 years of experience. My experience and duties were split across the field as 6 years in Administration, 2 years as a QA Manager and more than 7 years in technical field.

I have assisted in all phases of setting up of Cryobanks International India Private Limited in Gurgaon, Haryana and have been actively involved in all phases of setting up BM processing unit for transplantation in ESCORTS Institute, Delhi.

Additionally I have provided technical support and guidance in setting up CRYO VIVA in Bangkok, Thailand. My role was very active in setting up HLA, PCR centers in TTK and developing HLA, PRA centers in MEDSERVE, Coimbatore.

I have demonstrated high levels of commitment which have been recognized by the management and rewarded by elevating me to Managerial roles in admin and in QA, sending me overseas for training or helping the branches.
