- Participated in the development of the Group’s new vision which was approved by the BOD and CEO.
- Developed the videos and related material which were used in the vision communication.
- Participated in the people planning sessions for the critical positions in the Group and following up on a monthly basis to ensure that the plans are up-to-date.
-Leading the Cultural Transformation project for the Group which includes the communication process, improvement plans and awareness activities.
- Developed a Behavioral Competencies Dictionary for the Group in addition to a Self - Assessment Survey for the middle and senior management staff.
- Developed a Talent Management Framework for the Group and responsible for overseeing the system implementation across the Group.
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Performance Management System for the Group.
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Head Office and Nuqul Group B.Us training plans and budgets.
- Follow up with the training institutions for providing various training programs for the Head Office and Nuqul Group B.Us in coordination with their HR representatives.

• Training & Development process implementation:
1)Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Head Office and Nuqul Group B.Us training plans and budgets.
2)Follow up with the training institutions for providing various training programs for the Head Office Staff and Nuqul Group B.Us in coordination with their HR representatives.
3)Responsible for the Development of the training & budget achievement reports.
4)Responsible for organizing and coordinating Group level and Senior Management Training courses.
5)Responsible for conducting internal awareness sessions for the Head Office staff as part of the training & development process implementation.
• Developing Senior Management KPIs progress reports which are submitted to the CEOs on a quarterly basis.
• Assigned as the project team leader in the Organization Health Survey (OHS) project for Nuqul Group companies inside in outside Jordan during the year 2010.
• Responsible for the implementation of various HR Systems & activities such as (Performance Management, Career Growth & Succession Planning, Trainees Enrollment).
• Preparing HR Newsletter for the Head Office.
• Actively involved in the EPS project in coordination with The Jordanian National Commission for Women (JNCW), the Danish Partners (KVINFO) and the Gender Division within the Ministry of Planning which was launched end of 2007.
• Training process implementation :
1) Responsible for preparing the training plans for the Head Office staff in coordination with the Department Heads.
2) Responsible for reviewing training plans, budgets and nominations received from Nuqul Group B.Us.
3) Meeting with the training institutions to obtain suitable training courses and offers.
4) Providing support for Nuqul Group B.Us by recommending suitable training courses as per their requirements.
5) Responsible for the preparation of the training reports.
6) Responsible for organizing and coordinating Group level training courses.
7) Responsible for the English language training facilitation at the Head Office and Nuqul Group B.Us in coordination with the internal English Language Trainer.
• Actively participated in the development of Employee Satisfaction Survey and in the preparation of the evaluation report for the consolidated data submitted to the top management.
• Actively participated in the development of various systems and procedure such as (Mentoring, HPC, Job Rotation, Recruitment and Motivation).
• Participating in the performance management periodic review and the development of the consolidated report.
• Responsible for facilitating the Recruitment process at the Head Office from the recruitment announcement until the candidate is hired.
• Prepared Orientation Sessions for the newly recruited employees.
• Prepared monthly statistical reports to ensure the ongoing improvement of the Recruitment process.
• Participated in the preparation and circulation of the Employee Opinion Survey to the companies.
• I was assigned to be part of the HR team that was responsible for conducting the Job Analysis for Fine- Amman.
• I was assigned to be part of the HR team that was responsible for conducting Job Evaluation for Fine- Amman & Fine - Dubai in their premises.
• Actively Participated in Recruitment Job Fairs such as:
1) IFP Job Fair and Link2 Job Fair (Injaz) in 2007.
2) INJAZ Job Fair, which was held at Le Meridien Hotel in November 2005.
• Conducted online research to improve the products (Ingredients and Packages).
• Upgraded existing system (ISO 9001:94) to comply with the ISO (9001:2000) standards.
