• Looking after the launch of new product & category in the assigned market
• Conceptualizing & executing merchandising inputs for retail & wholesale in the market
• Ensuring the accurate forecasting for adequate & timely remittances
• Heading a team of 30 members in the organization
• Coordinating with sales force & vendors for development & execution of Marketing & Follow-Up Programs
