Demand Planning
• Analyzed forecasts received from markets for variances from trend and historical data

Supply Planning/Inventory Management
• Planned monthly stock replenishments considering agreed stock days, seasonality, supply constraints to ensure on-shelf availability
• Monitored stock status on a daily basis in order to effectively manage working capital
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams including sales, trade-marketing, finance, logistics and clearing agents to ensure availability of stocks
• Monitored satellite warehouse inventory on a weekly basis by ensuring on-time delivery of correct stocks to locations

• Accounted for returnable containers, demurrages and managed claims and disputes
