I HAVE MAINTAIN & CONTROLLING 3 CAMPS MAINTENANCE STORES BY SYSTEM (INFOR 10 EAM)

Duties & Responsibilities of System Operator &materials controller

 User administration (setup and maintaining account)
 Maintaining company software & system using administrator account.
 Link into company software to users computers.
 Handling the company software user accounts.
 Support & fix the issue of the company software.
 Follow-up the programmer & developer to implementing issue of the software.
 Test the implemented issue properly working or not.
 Maintain the Service work order, direct work order & PPM (preventive maintenance) work order.
 Create & applied the PPM work order for every assets.
 Monitor & check the each Work order status every day.
Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.

Controlling the HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Housekeeping Materials

 Receive the Delivery from each store keeper and update into the system.

 Receive the pick ticket and issue from the system

 Receive transfer voucher and has to transfer from one store to another store.


 Sending the report of material inventory control sheet into client’s weekly and monthly basis saimantaniously.


 Detailed checking of receiving material for each store

 Matching of material to packing slips in each store


 Matching of packing slips to purchase orders

 Preparing receiving reports

 Investigating discrepancies


 Maintaining up-to-date records of location of inventory in every store.

 Checking current stock status in each store during the monthly cycle count

 Monitors and reviews inventory levels by physical count, recordkeeping, and/or visual inspection to identify need for purchasing materials in each store.


 Liaising with inventory control to determine appropriate minimum/maximum Levels of stock and standardization of packages and units of measures


 manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations


 Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks

 Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the Business.

 Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately According to company procedure.

 Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.

 Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.

 Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.

 Provide routine management information on inventory performance

 Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs

Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap
