In October 2012 I started to work at TeleComputing AS as a Database Senior Consultant, our team’s tasks are to setup, manage and maintain a huge environment of different type of databases like MS SQL and Oracle for our customers, there are different types of challenges starts from planning the database and it’s backup routines, to fine tuning and optimization to meet our costumers’ operation demands.
In 2012 I started to work in NSA (Norske Systemarkitekter AS) as a Senior Consultant in the companies experts team, my job is to work very close with customers and provide them with solutions that needs creativity and sometimes a total new approach as well as finding solution to problems and difficult tasks like migration to a new systems or databases, my team would be a group of skilled consultant in different fields based on the nature of the project that I manage.
In 2010 I started to work at Elis AS as an IT Consultant and a Developer, Elis As is a leading company in providing a complex software (a very advanced CRM) for the energy sector that preforms a very advanced tasks, my role is to work with Installing, Configuring, Maintaining and Developing databases (Oracle Database) and Microsoft .Net and integrate both platforms through SOAP as well as finding solutions that covers databases technology specially with Oracle for Elis As and it’s costumers.
In 2005 I started to work as an IT Manager in Red Cross Nordic United World College, an international school where students and staff come from more than 80 countries, at the RCNUWC I was doing many things like Planning and Managing the budget and porches, designed the network from the ground, Upgrade the systems to latest Microsoft Windows Servers and Clients, introduced virtualization solution based on VMware ESX, securing the network and the systems, improving the intranet system by debugging, fixing and re-code many parts of it, and planned a new intranet system based on the recent technologies, beside my work as an IT Manager, I was also representing the non-teaching staff to the board taking part in discussion concerning the organization as well as helping when there is a conflict and my assistance was needed.
