Principal Accountabilities:

Accountable to present and implement business plans, visions, and objectives on yearly basis.

Manage company accounts to meet budget (revenue and cost) and other non-financial targets.

Accountable for the marketing and sales of services / products under span of control.

Accountable for the successful execution and delivery of services based on contractual agreements.

Accountable for successful project management including resource allocation, mobilization, service rendering, inspection, quality assurance and commissioning.

Accountable for the timely sourcing and pre-qualification and registration of potential suppliers / manufacturers / service providers to meet RTC’s clients requirements.

Manage the procurement activity ensuring price competitiveness, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.

Accountable for maintaining good relations with clients and other third parties involved in RTC’s operational activities, including resolving any dispute prior to escalating it to the Services Marketing and Sales Manager.

Accountable for maintaining and securing long term strong relationship with partners for the benefit and satisfaction level of both parties.

Inputs on and resolve of difficult technical issues.

Ensures fast and efficient response to client request.

• Assembled a team of four students that studied at the university to compete in the competition, where I was project leader for the process.

• Idea: creating a platform for local businesses to engage with first year university students.

• We reached the finals and were given £250 of seed funding, a mentor from PwC, a day’s worth of training and 3 months to bring our idea to life and make money then present results.

• Established a limited company and created website that would allow us to build the platform on.

• Assigned each of the team member’s tasks and goals that they would have to achieve if we were to be successful with the business idea.

• Engaged with local businesses and persuaded them to get involved by sponsoring or purchasing advertisement on our platform.

• Achieved a 3rd place finish in the national final and donated the £2, 000 profits to charity

    I believe a healthy body is the key to a focused mind in today’s hectic society. I take pleasure in going to the gym at least four times a week. I achieved various athletics medals for 400m. Currently part of the American football and squash club at university.
