 recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing job offers and contracts  Develop and maintain HR databases, personnel files, and physical filing system.  Preparation of documents for visa processing  Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.  additions, deductions, pension plans, leaves settlements and other benefits to each individual.  Assist in the processing of the monthly payroll.  Handle of payroll information and prepare for WPS  Coordinate with PRO to insure the smooth running of the HR Dep.  planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff
