•Concept design based on Jennifer Lopez’s felt fedora hat using the Pantone’s 2019 ‘Colour of The Year’ to create the Fashion Dome, Workshop Station, Floral Wall, and marketing collaterals.
•Talent booking; including children and adult models, liaise with participating hair and makeup retailers, fashion dome stylists and image consultants, photographers, fashion design workshop instructors, event staffing/ hostesses.
•Backstage management ensuring all process is operating smoothly and on time.
•Production management ensuring all the production elements adhere to the campaign’s concept and colour scheme including the photobooth and floral wall and dome. such as décor, and catering cart.
•Logistics Management: Organised facilities and details, transportation.
•Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes. •Maintained efficiency in execution considering quality/time and importance as per set deadlines.
