Responsibilities includes but not limited to adding potential customers, sell fleet vehicles and equipment’s, work with clients and partners in identifying and pursuing attractive business opportunities for the company. Duties carried out as Sales Executive are as follows: ● Sold new / used vehicles, machineries and heavy equipment’s to customers locally and to international customers. ● Successfully sold assigned monthly stock list with excellent margin against cost. ● Liaised with new / existing clients over the phone and meeting them face to face. ● On boarded new clients through cold calling and referrals taken from existing customers. ● Identified, research and targeted new business prospects for machinery / equipment rentals. ● Approached construction companies and supplied vehicles, heavy equipment’s on rental basis. ● On boarded big corporates to our clients list which includes: “U.S. Airbase in Qatar, Hyundai Engineering, UDC, Regency Pools, Redco International, UCC, Nakheel Landscapes, QAPCO” etc. ● Manage and maintain databases of potential clients. ● Focus on developing strong working relationships with prospective new clients. ● Producing monthly pipeline reports for management purposes. ● Support after sales and marketing teams to provide best customer satisfaction.

Collected & reconciled data base related to bank accounts, bank facilities, Shipments & Payments.
Converted all hard copies of treasury related material to soft copies so it’s accessible on network to
the management.
Outworked on tenders for supply of Toyota vehicles (sale & rental basis).
Prepared Bank Guarantees for awarded tenders, Legal Department, and suppliers.
Tracked local & international payment transactions for various departments.
Liaised daily transactions and identified payment discrepancies / delays.
