5. Keeping track and preparation of Hard and soft Copy of all incoming and outgoing letters
6. Keeping track of Drawings (Hard and soft copy) for all departments
7. Ensure monitoring and controlling the movement of documents produced under the project, and entering and leaving the company
8. Receive vendor’s technical documentation, record and monitor.
9. Receive and record all documents from outside the Company to ensure the internal distribution and classification, following the instructions of distribution and classification made by PM/MD.
10. Store and manage all the technical documents on an outgoing internet
8. Perform computer ranking of project documents according to the corporate network structure
11. Proceed to the paper filing of official documents of the original contract and technical documents as directed by the PM classification established and incorporated in the procedures manual and computerized management of technical documents (master copy)
12. Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software
