Pre- Construction phase (Design manager):

• Worked throughout the design different phases with our designers (V3 Middle East, evolve-US, LJA-UK), reviewing &
coordinating the design to assure complying with our corporate’s requirements & standard.

• Coordinated & involved in all meetings & workshops between Kinan & municipalities, especially Yanbu industrial city’s
municipality - the Royal Commission of Yanbu - for the drawings submission & comments rectification till the final
approval.
• Assisting VP- projects in preparing the RFPs for the detailed design tender with doing the evaluation for the submitted
proposals & recommendation reports.
• Leading the corporate’s design team to work on all new projects throughout the different design stages, weather those are
designed in house, or required coordination with outsourcing designers. (The company has the potential to deliver around
50, 000m2 GLA /year).( Have designed & participated the exterior & interior design, to a deep detailed level, in all
commercial projects developed by our corporate in the past 3 years, with some involvement in residential projects design
& construction ).
• Finalizing & assuring completion of the corporate’s malls prototype & design manual based on Kinan standards.
• Working on malls facades lighting, signage & landscaping identity & design to be included in construction & assuring all
their utilities & facilities are considered.

Thru construction phases (Project manager).

• Review all contract documents: schedule, BOQ, & drawings sets.
• Assuring projects are on track with monitoring schedules to avoid any deviations.
• Monitoring each project’s cost thru payments, cash flow & variations, assuring sticking to the approved budgets.
• Monitoring procurement and material delivery on site, as per scheduled & the submitted log sheets.
• Oversee consultants work & procedures, assist them in decisions making to assure work is done within the contract SOW
& delivered on time.
• Assisting VP- projects with evaluating and recommending any change orders, or additional work needed for work
completion.
• Coordinating and initiating all communications with the corporate’s internal departments those are touched with our
deliverables & milestones: FM, leasing & marketing dept.
• Controlling all communications with municipalities and other governmental parties for all needed approvals, and/ or
permissions throughout the project life cycle.
• Handling all communications with the projects’ design team for any further details needed, required modifications, or
changes-DCRs- with assuring projects consultants are updated & in loop.
• Assuring all Minutes of meetings are issued & communicated officially to all parties within 48h maximum from the meeting
closing.
• Assuring all Reports, weather by contractors or consultants are officially issued, reviewed, & verified within certain time
frames: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, &Quarterly.
• Approving and initiating all payments for contractors and consultants on time, as per contracts conditions, for final
approval by the corporate’s top management.
• Doing the necessary communication & following up with the corporate’s finance dept. to monitor our projects’ cost sheets,
with assuring they match the approved cash flow for the contractors’ payments.

finishing works, as per the submitted drawing and the client standard with issuing snag list, if any, before shop starts
